Getting Your Home in Shape for a Successful Sell


The inside of your home must be just as inviting as its beautiful exterior. 

There are several easy low cost ways to do this, starting with cleaning.

Here is a quick list of chores to complete before your first showing.

 

  •  Windows, floors, bathroom/kitchen tiles and fixtures should sparkle.
  •  Shampoo dirty carpets.
  •  Clear non-decorative items off kitchen counters, place fresh flowers there instead.  
  •  Clean tubs, toilets and showers, including shower doors and tracks.  
  •  Repair dripping faucets or toilets, oil squeaky or sticking doors.

  • Keep your home neat, clean and picked-up at all times, and success will come our way!

Some tough chores you have been putting off should be tackled before the Open House:

  • Clean or replace heat and air conditioning filters.
